SOLID BLONDE RETOUCH & TONE

On the scalp touch up, 4-6wk growth is the perfect amount of regrowth for a healthy, platinum blonde. This service is for my global blondes only! No highlights. Treatment, trim, and tone included. Additional touch up/tip outs increases price!
